What began as a passion for craftsmanship and problem-solving has grown into a boutique residential firm serving clients throughout Marin County and beyond.

MARK LOUNSBURY, OWNER
Mark Lounsbury is a 21 year veteran of the construction industry, starting as an apprentice under his father’s general contracting business. After starting Lounsbury Built in 2018, Mark and his highly skilled team has specialized and excelled in high-end custom home remodels in Marin County. The LB team thrives by pushing boundaries of what’s possible, and executing unique challenges with precision. His passion is in the relationships he develops with clients, guiding home owners through the subtleties of the home renovation process, from pre-planning and permitting to the finishing touches, and ultimately bringing the client’s vision to life.
